January 21, 2014 Board Meeting Agenda Item #13 Title APPROVAL OF THE PINE VIEW SCHOOL FIELD TRIP TO NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK ON MARCH 18, 2014 THROUGH MARCH 22, 2014 Description The three-day conference offers more than 350 sessions organized around strands related to newspaper, yearbook, magazine, online media, and broadcast, which will enable students to network on a national level within their own field, in addition to engaging in dialog with students involved in other areas of Journalism that represent potential careers.  The course offerings are taught by high school and collegiate level experts in the field.
